All of us at CAP are very excited to have been named the number one distributor worldwide of both CIMsystem Sum3D Dental CAM software and the very popular Roland DWX-50 dental specific 5-axis milling machine. This has been a great year for CAP, and we could not have accomplished this without the confidence of all our great customers. This accomplishment has opened the doors of digital manufacturing for many dental labs. Through CAP's continued commitment we will be supporting and servicing all our customers to insure future success. In addition, we will be adding exciting new product indications in the coming year.
Furthermore, CAP has also signed contracts to distribute imes-icore dental specific milling machines and 3D systems wax and model printers. This is a very exciting time in dental technology, and we look forward to partnering with you in the future. Our mission is to be THE digital solution provider for dental technology.
We would like to offer a special thank you to our customers...
According to LMT's 2013 Dentist Survey, lab owners are sometimes hesitant to raise their fees, fearful of losing the account. Yet 53% of dentists surveyed feel it’s reasonable for a laboratory to increase prices once a year by an average of 3.3%. Twenty-nine percent think an increase—an average of 4.6—every two years is more acceptable.
