Experienced and skilled ceramist who has many hats in the lab. Beside Head technician, I enjoy cross training my co workers to bring out their best talents and challenge them to do their very best. Branding, Marketing and Sales of the lab has given me the leadership to promote our team as a top notch lab with personal service.

Branding, Marketing and Sales of the lab has given me the leadership to promote our team as a top notch lab with personal service.
I am person who truly cares for the patient. It gives me great pleasure to know I have made someone smile again. As Head ceramist and Department Head Technician, I consult with dentists, patients and technicians so the best restoration is produced. Knowing every step in the process goes a long way, this increases production and creates a better work flow which in turns makes the bottom line bigger. I cross train the technicians so they themselves can learn quality control at every step. I appreciate their work and the end result is an excellent restoration. Working myself up through the ranks as an intern to Head of Fixed Department and recently promoting the lab has taught me I have value. I have created a marketing program and welcome packets for new accounts. Gained new relationships and accounts through district meetings, study clubs, and office visits. I encourage my co workers to educate themselves and share their knowledge as I have done with others. I am always setting goals. This year I am celebrating 25 years as an CDT and TE. I am always looking for ways to challenge myself.
