Kris is past Chairman (North America Chapter) of the International Society for Dental Ceramics. He holds degrees in Biology and Chemistry and owns a small laboratory specializing in anterior esthetic restorations. For 9 years he authored a trouble shooting column in Lab Management Today entitled "ASK KRIS". His column inspired other magazines to include solving technique problems. He is a contributing author of Perspectives in Dental Ceramics, Quintessence Publishing. Kris is considered one of the best educators on the topics of Dental Porcelain and Materials and is in constant demand for his lectures, seminars and private in-lab consulting. He consults with manufacturers on porcelain technique and products. He has lectured and presented courses in; Germany, England, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Holland and Australia. Kris is respected world wide and has been sharing his knowledge with others for over 30 years. He donates time each year to Humanitarian Projects in different countries to help alleviate poverty.
