Before SoundBite Technology (www.soundbitetech.com), I founded and operated a dental lab in Los Angeles using in-house web-based software to connect with our US clients as well as overseas manufacturers. From 2001 to 2005 I worked for eBay, first in Taiwan as Taiwan Country Manager, and then in Shanghai managing Asia Pacific customer support and anti-fraud strategy for China. I'm fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and graduated from Columbia University.
