I trained on PTC, learning metal and...See more porcelain to assist when needed and enhance my understanding of design & aesthetics. I was eventually stationed in QC to observe client and case management with the idea of opening an offsite milling center I could later manage. With that I became onsite Manager of CAD/CAM which involved helping clients over phone or in person, estimates, troubleshooting, case design, scheduling and ordering. I also enjoyed opportunities to betatest for Nobel Biocare (Procera) and train Cercon owners through Dentsply. The lab never did open the milling center but the insight granted has been invaluable. Entering 3rd year of George Brown College's 3year RDT program. Certified Medical Technician (MLA/T) with the Ontario Society of Medical Technologists I would like to further study maxillofacial prosthedontics
