Today, Kamilla Siekierski is an internationally recognized lecturer on various topics on dental prostheses. By close relationships with many prosthodontists and dental schools she was able to study and document many trivial daily dental problems, like why delivery of a single crown varied from five to fifty minutes. Her devotion to the dental technology and years of experience lead not only to recognition of the problems but also to solutions, which simplified lives of dentists and technicians alike. Kamilla Siekierski is a true pioneer and one of the very first women who attended and freely voiced her opinions at dental and dental technology professional meetings across the country when women still struggled to gain their professional recognition and voting rights. By managing her own lab and by lecturing across the globe she gained national respect and recognition as one of top women in dental laboratory technology.
