Roger Dawson, CDT, a senior technical specialist for 3M, has experience in implant dentistry and is involved in the development of the Lava™ implant abutment, Lava DVS (Digital Veneering System) and other digital oral care innovations. He has trained and provided technical input for 3M on Lava zirconia and digital CAD/CAM dentistry since 2006 and lectures internationally. William Devine, CDT, is a senior technical representative at Whip Mix Corp. responsible for evaluating new products, facilitating the use of current products and presenting technical clinics. Previously, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years and retired as a Master Sergeant; his assignments took him all over the globe, honing his skills in laboratory technology. Lars Hansson, CDT, FICOI, is the head of the Bay View Dental Laboratory implant department in Chesapeake, VA. A board-certified master dental technician from Malmö, Sweden, Hansson is an active committee member for the Academy of Osseointegration, fellow member in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, an assistant lecturer for the Mid-Atlantic Center for Advanced Dental Studies and Dawson Academy, and a consultant to several manufacturers. Frank Higginbottom, DDS, has practiced general and restorative dentistry at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX, since 1973 and maintains a private practice in Dallas focusing on crown and bridge and implant prosthetics. He lectures internationally on implant prosthetics, with special focus on a team treatment planning approach and his pre-surgical stent preparation technique. Roger Johansen, CDT, operates a business consulting company and works for 3M as an instructor and on new product development for its Lava Precision Solutions. Trained in the U.S. Navy and with more than 20 years of experience, he opened a laboratory in Colorado in 1997, specializing in CAD/CAM technology. He served as president of the Colorado Dental Laboratory Association and on the board of trustees from 2003 to 2005, during which time he worked with the state legislature and local government agencies to write the Colorado Dental Practice legislation and develop tax strategy to benefit dental prosthetic manufacturing businesses.

Amir Juzbasic, MDT, CEO, is a senior instructor at the American Institute of Esthetic and Implant Dentistry. Jim McGuire, CDT, began his career over 30 years ago in his father's denture laboratory. In 1984 he received his AS in dental technology from the Dental Technology Institute in Orange, CA. Victor Rodriguez, CDT, is the implant removable manager for Glidewell Dental Laboratories.
