Mark, I would appreciate it if you shared your handbook. Can you email it to me?

How does everyone handle new customer credit? (If one were lucky enough to gain one) Do you extend credit? require a credit application? Only accept credit cards from new customers? I am also looking for a sample employee handbook, does anyone have one they will share? Thanks

We give every new customer a $1000 credit limit. If they go over that, we run a credit report. our newest company www.PrecisionSurgicalGuides.com requires them to PREPAY the cases with a credit card when the file is submitted. I'd be happy to share our Employee Handbook. Is there a way to post a PDF to this site?

Hi Mark,
If you email me the file I can set it up to be shared as a PDF. -

We keep new customer arrangements pretty loose...extend trust in hopes of getting it in return. We've been burned a few times but on the whole, that trust has been richly rewarded. Of course, we don't give them much rope (as far as time to pay goes) either. If they don't pay within 30 days, we are progressively aggressive if necessary. You need to stay on top of it.
