Cenloc can be unlocked to allow for a full range of movement, permitting any configuration of wear facets to be matched up during eccentric movements. The technician does not have to torque or bend the articulator members during protrusive and lateral excursions. In the locked position, Cenloc delivers precise hinged movements. Orbix also has an extra large gluing area that contacts the stone base and reduces the chance of the articulator breaking or coming off the model.
