The user can individually set each parameter such as mixing time and speed, pre-mixing time, pre-vacuum time and interval of inversion of the rotation direction. Small and sleek, the Elite Mix offers constant quality of the mixture and a quiet operation, a 25-character LCS display associated with the encoder knob enabling quick and intuitive use, and includes a series of visual and auditory signals alerting the operator when mixing is complete. The unit can be wall- or bench-mounted (with appropriate stand) and is available with a 200-, 500- or 1,000-ml blade and mixing bowl.
