Tell us about your experience at LAB DAY Chicago in 2014, what you saw, what you learned, what surprised you, etc.
Why should you bother to set up a full service lab.Everyone is sending cases to china for outsourcing.
You can also do this.
An outsource lab calls me up and wants to send me some work...Do I... A) Bring it. Cant say no to money coming in. B) Do it, i'm flattered they thought about using my work and this can help pay some supply costs. C) Do it for a bit and only take the units I want. D) No, My business is built...

The lab either needs to correct the shade or have the work remilled which is could delay seating of the crown.
Almost 50% of respondents to LMT’s Subcontracting Services Survey say there’s been an increase in the amount of work they’ve been sending out to be fabricated by other laboratories and/or manufacturers in the past five years.
