Rob Nazzal

CEO of Custom Automated Prosthetics

Rob Nazzal is the CEO of Custom Automated Prosthetics (CAP), a milling center in the greater Boston area. CAP works exclusively with dental laboratories to help them offer new products, save time, and increase profits without taking on the cost and risk of purchasing equipment. Prior to CAP, Rob built the laboratory division of Brontes Technologies, which was acquired by 3M and became the Lava C.O.S., a revolutionary digital impressioning system. Rob and his team developed the technologies and business processes to enable all laboratories to produce restorations digitally and traditionally from Lava C.O.S. cases. Rob has a degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and has an extensive background in creating and commercializing new technologies to enable significant improvements in several industries including computer supply chain, residential services, network security, and the dental industry.
