He has published and exhibited his photographs around the world. Mr. Aiba currently serves as a member of the editorial board for Quintessence Dental Technology (QDT) and the AACD Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry (JCD), and as a technical advisory board member of the MontereyBay Salinas Study Club. He maintains his laboratory, Science Art, Inc., in Monterey, California. He is the founder of the Oral Design Center Monterey, where he offers the DENTSCAPE Continuum, the comprehensive twoyear ceramic handson program, designed for experienced dental technicians.

At GDL, the NADL Laboratory of the year, he is dedicated to continuing education, serves as the Safety Coordinator, and as DAMAS Quality Representative. Mr. Caragol has also completed courses at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida and the Peter E. Dawson DDS Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida and has presented at numerous study groups and the Hinman Dental Meeting in the area of implant overdentures.
