I have been in the dental lab industry for over 30 years. I am certified in Dental Ceramics by the National Board for Certification of the National Association of Dental Laboratories. I have worked as manager of the Ceramics department in several dental laboratories in Connecticut. I joined Jeneric/Pentron in 1995 and was instrumental in the development of numerous Jeneric/Pentron products and techniques; those products include the Sculpture/Fibrekor system, The OPC product line, Sinterkor; Avante Universal Porcelain System and many of the Pentron Casting and Ceramic alloys. I had contributed to research projects involving several universities including UCONN Medical Center and was involved in a year long D.O.D. study with Composites, testing material strengths in certain conditions.
I am currently, the Technical Services Specialist for Zahn's Technical Department in Wallingford, Ct. I was trained and certified in the CeHa ECS at the C. Hafner facility in Germany. I am also currently the Technical Support Representative for the Noritake Porcelain systems including numerous products for Zahn Dental.
I like to share my skills as a Ceramist and materials research technician.
