Rich Pavlak, MDT, has been a dental technician most of his life. In 1977, he established Porcelain-Plus Dental Systems, Inc., one of only a few laboratories recognized as a "Vita Master Laboratory." His educational background is extensive, having trained with some of the most famous clinicians. He's been teaching dental technology since 1981.
