Processes he has worked on include Dental Lab process flow and remake elimination, Electronic PCBA and Assembly, Forging, Investment casting, Injection molding, and Machining. He has played key roles in Lean Manufacturing design and implementation, Lean Office processes, Theory of Constraints, Operational Assessment, Supply Chain development, Manufacturing/ Project management, and Process redesign. He has extensive experience in the implementation of such productivity programs as Value Stream Mapping, Mistake Proofing, Set-up reduction, Kaizen, Cellular Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Development, Demand Flow and Total Productive Maintenance.
