CAD/CAM Manager C&B Technician
I began in 2005 as a CAD/CAM technician in the Gold Department working with sintered and unsintered Zirconia, Alumina, Titanium , allceramics/ pressables and Captek. I trained on PTC, learning metal and...See more porcelain to assist when needed and enhance my understanding of design & aesthetics. I was eventually stationed in QC to observe client and case management with the idea of opening an offsite milling center I could later manage. With that I became onsite Manager of CAD/CAM which involved helping clients over phone or in person, estimates, troubleshooting, case design, scheduling and ordering. I also enjoyed opportunities to betatest for Nobel Biocare (Procera) and train Cercon owners through Dentsply. The lab never did open the milling center but the insight granted has been invaluable.
