I went to Derby Dental Lab after graduation where I worked as Vice President, implant tech, and quality control tech until the summer of 2008, when I returned to school to finish my prerequisites and applied to dental school at the University of Louisville(GO CARDS!!!!). I started dental school in 2009. I love the lab and dental business, it's truly in my blood. My grandfather moved to Louisville to go to dental school, and I have 5 dentists in my family,, 1 hygienist, and 1 lab owner. The staff at LMT has been gracious enough to allow me to share my journey through dental school in a column which appears several time a year.
