The National Association of Dental Laboratories (NADL) and DLT Training & Education are proud to present two interactive virtual training courses designed to strengthen foundational knowledge in dental laboratory technology. Led by industry veteran Allie Williamson, AAS, BS, CDT, TE, these sessions are ideal for both newcomers and early-career technicians seeking to enhance their skills in today’s evolving dental lab environment.

Course Options:

Introduction to Dental Laboratory Technology
Dates: September 8 & 15, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET (both sessions required)

This beginner-friendly course offers a comprehensive overview of the dental laboratory industry. Participants will explore various products fabricated in dental labs, become familiar with essential terminology through visual illustrations, and review general workflow processes for both analog and digital cases.

General Knowledge in Dental Laboratory Technology
Date: October 15, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET

Designed for technicians with some background in dental technology, this course reinforces general knowledge and technical concepts essential to the profession. Topics include anatomical references, materials and equipment, articulation, morphology, and quality systems.

About the Instructor:

Allie Williamson, AAS, BS, CDT, TE

With over 40 years in the dental laboratory field, Allie is a passionate educator and founder of DLT Training & Education. Her extensive experience includes founding Essex Dental Lab, serving as an examiner for the National Board for Certification in Dental Technology, and providing technical training across the country. Allie holds multiple certifications in fixed and removable specialties and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with dental professionals committed to continuous education.
