Technical approaches to rehabilitate edentulous patients with Ben Laroche

Pre-Requisite: intermediate to advanced experience using exocad or other CAD/CAM dental design software.

Course Description

During this course, participants will learn how to make the most of DentalCAD ​​tools to rehabilitate edentulous patients, either by using the Full Denture module to create removable prostheses or a screwed retained fixed prosthesis, like a Monolithic Hybrid Denture.

Participants will learn how to use the Full Denture module in depth, working with workflows such as Ivotion, the Duplicate Denture function or snap-on dentures on ball attachments.

In this hands-on course participants will work with, Full Denture Module, Implant and Bar modules, they will also learn how to install Implant Libraries as well as Denture Tooth Libraries using exocad Library Manager, and the usage of other integrated tools as exoprint and dentalshare.

Course Objectives

In this course, participants will learn:

1. Which are the different options in DentalCAD ​​to rehabilitate an edentulous patient?

2. How to use the Full Denture module in depth, from the design of a single arch case to a full denture.

3. The usage of the Duplicate Denture feature.

4. How to perform Ivotion workflow.

5. How to design a snap-on denture on ball attachments.

6. The workflow to design a Monolithic Hybrid Denture within DentalCAD and in combination with PartialCAD module.

7. How to download and utilize Implant and Denture Tooth Libraries.

8. How to export any part that has been designed by using dentalshare and how to export them to an integrated 3D printer by using exoprint.
