Lead In-House Dental Lab Technician (CAD/CAM & Ceramics)

     As our sole in-house technician, you will manage the complete lab workflow from digital scan to final seating. You will work directly alongside our clinical team to deliver beautiful, precise restorations for our patients. You must be a self-starter who excels at time management, quality control, and independent problem-solving. If you are an **EXOCAD** expert with an artistic eye for staining and glazing, and you thrive in an autonomous, highly organized environment, we want you to lead our in-house production

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  * Digital Design & Scanning: Process digital impressions using Medit scanning software and independently design high-quality fixed prosthodontics (crowns, veneers, bridges), milled dentures, and night guards.  * EXOCAD Mastery: Utilize EXOCAD at an expert level to handle complex cases and optimize digital workflows.  *Milling & Printing Production: Operate, calibrate, and maintain Roland wet and dry milling machines, as well as in-house 3D printers.  * Finishing & Esthetics: Perform high-end custom staining, glazing, and finishing to ensure exceptional esthetics and a perfect fit.  * Lab Management: Single-handedly manage the lab’s daily schedule. Maintain rigorous organization, track cases, manage material inventory, and ensure all restorations are completed on time for patient appointments.  * Collaboration: Communicate clearly and directly with the doctor regarding case planning, material selection, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Qualifications:  * Expert-level proficiency in EXOCAD is strictly required. * Extensive hands-on experience with high-end staining, glazing, and finishing of fixed prosthodontics.  * Strong working knowledge of **Roland** milling machines (wet and dry) and 3D printing workflows.  * Familiarity with Medit scanning software is a strong plus.  * Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and maintain a meticulously organized workspace.  * Excellent attention to detail and a passion for dental esthetics.  * CDT (Certified Dental Technician) designation is a plus, but not required.
