Removable Prosthetics Manager

Seeking an experienced Removables Department Manager to lead our removable prosthetics department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the production, quality, workflow, and team development for all removable restorations, including complete dentures, partial dentures, implant-supported prosthetics, and digital removable workflows.

Qualifications

Formal education in Dental Technology or completion of an accredited Dental Laboratory Technology program required. Minimum 7 years of removable prosthetics experience. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of conventional and digital removable prosthetics. Experience with implant-supported removable restorations. Strong understanding of occlusion, esthetics, and denture function. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
