I loved it. But I remembered a hand full of years back, the same event was held in New York. While I didn't like the location I loved the broad spectrum that was covered. I took a porcelain class, attended a implantology seminar and glazing seminar. I also picked up a book on morphology and took back samples, so many samples too! Wax, brushes, burrs. I know labs are going digital. I am working with the digital depart in my lab. But techs still work manually and they shouldn't feel invisible. Appreciate...

Overall experience was good.
For the first year in Philly, my hometown, I thought Lab Day was a positive experience. The venue was a bit large for a meeting of this size. Unfortunately, the convention center has grown to a massive maze over the last 5 years. The exact location of the meeting could have been better communicated to assist in parking,etc. Maybe a hotel with a large meeting room. The education available was good and would like to see more of it, but somehow not crammed into a 5-6 hour block on Saturday to allow...

Badges where kind of useless...in other lab day's I recall that the people giving class would just scan the badge and you where good to go....now you had to do a line even if you where registered because they had to look for your name...Also I asked at the info booth how parking worked and they weren't able to help me at all, they didn't know... (at least they could have had a list of close by parking with rates)...I parked in front of the building at the "convention center parking" that turned out...

LMT LAB DAY EAST provides important service for the industry. In a smaller, and more close atmosphere lab owners and technicians gain more individual attention from the suppliers and manufactures. The show is a great networking opportunity for labs and technicians alike.

Could have been better
I felt the vendors and classes were not as many as it should be. The topics for the seminar was not enough. One day seems to be very short for such kind of event. The refreshment was not available for attendees.
